deceased, who was domiciled in England.

Part of the deceased's Estate consists of

assets in Hong Kong and Shanghai respectively, the

latter comprising solely shares in the Shanghai Gas

Company.

Letters of Administration with the Will

annexed have been granted in Hong Kong to the Attor-

ney of the English Administrator and in the Affi-

davit for Inland Revenue in Hong Kong the Shanghai

Gas Company's Shares were included and duty paid as

being within the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong

Court.
